Victor M. Garza serves as Chief Financial Officer at Doc Lab®, bringing more than fifteen years of experience in accounting, finance, and human capital leadership. A financial executive known for translating numbers into direction, Victor pairs strategic financial management, tax optimization, and operational efficiency with the forward-looking vision today's CFOs are expected to provide — shaping not just the budget, but the broader trajectory of the organization. Prior to joining Doc Lab, he held several positions at accounting firms in the Dallas area, culminating as managing partner of a public accounting firm, and earlier served as controller at Greenshield Financial Services and Davenport Law, PC, where he implemented systems that generated significant cost savings while improving reliability.

As CFO, Victor oversees Doc Lab's financial strategy and human capital, from forecasting and budgeting to long-range planning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, maintains CPA licenses in Texas and New Mexico, and is an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
