Jennifer Mathieu serves as Chief Operating Officer at Doc Lab®, bringing more than a decade of experience across the laboratory industry — including reference labs, point-of-care testing, and physician office laboratories. Her career began at PepsiCo, where successive leadership roles built her foundation in sales strategy, business growth, and team development, skills she has since applied to drive strategic direction and operational excellence in diagnostics. That path has given her a rare blend of deep operational expertise and a keen business and marketing sense, allowing her to understand — and solve for — the real-world challenges practices and labs face today.

As COO, Jennifer connects operations, sales, and business development into one working whole, championing efficiency, uncompromising quality, and evidence-based standards that keep science at the center of everything Doc Lab does. She's known for the durable relationships she builds with operational teams, customers, suppliers, and partners alike — relationships grounded in a leadership philosophy centered on one outcome above all: better results for patients.
