Randy Reagan

Randall “Randy” Reagan serves as Director of Field & Technical Services at Doc Lab®, bringing more than four decades of experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics across manufacturer field service, national multi-vendor service organizations, and senior operating leadership. He began his career supporting the launch of early chemistry analyzers for a major manufacturer, later managing field service through the national rollout of a hematology product line. In 1991 he founded his own laboratory equipment service organization and ran it for twenty-six years, building it into a national operation supporting chemistry and hematology analyzers, along with instrumentation from a range of diagnostic manufacturers.

More recently, Randy has led field service, refurbishment, and parts organizations at other diagnostics companies, strengthening service operations and expanding their reach, while also driving new-market entry and partnership work. At Doc Lab, he directs field support and customer service, owns technical escalation on complex analyzer issues, and is building the standardized service procedures the technical teams work from. Having served six years in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant, Randy carries that same resolve into every situation: steady, dedicated, and committed to seeing every complex challenge through to resolution.
