Fernando Esquivel

Fernando Esquivel is the Executive Assistant at Doc Lab® and the person who keeps the day-to-day running. He drives the implementation of many of the company's strategic initiatives, translating plans into the scheduling, logistics, and cross-team coordination that turn them into action across every department. He also interfaces directly with clients on day-to-day needs and inventory management, making sure the small details that keep a partnership running smoothly never fall through the cracks. Beyond his operational role, Fernando heads up the company's philanthropic efforts, extending that same care and attention beyond Doc Lab's walls and into the communities the company serves.

Much of what Fernando does happens behind the scenes, which is exactly the point. He is the glue that holds so much of the daily activity together, anticipating needs before they become problems and keeping every moving piece connected. The team moves faster and focuses better because he is there, and the company's operational steadiness owes a great deal to his versatility and care. For Fernando, it comes down to the people: he believes in valuing all co-workers and clients, because without them, there would be no Doc Lab.
