Deana Ammons

Deana Ammons leads the Billing and Human Resources departments at Doc Lab®. On the billing side, her focus is the machinery behind reliable revenue, including claims processing and reimbursement accuracy, denials management, accounts receivable, and financial reporting that holds up to scrutiny, with regulatory and payer compliance woven through every step. Working across teams, she keeps the revenue cycle aligned with the company's larger goals, accurate and on time, every cycle.

On the HR side, Deana oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, along with the compliance work that underpins it all, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and workplace policy. She brings seven years of bookkeeping experience to the role, along with studies in Healthcare Management Administration at Penn Foster College and additional coursework in finance. Heading both billing and HR puts her at the two points where precision and care for people meet, and for Deana that pairing reflects a simple belief: every person on the team has a substantial contribution to make, and honoring that is what allows the work to reach clients the way it should.
